2025 CAPP, PREP, and SRAE Provider Meeting
The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Bureau of Perinatal, Reproductive & Sexual Health welcomes CAPP, PREP, and SRAE providers to the 2025 CAPP, PREP, and SRAE Provider Meeting! This professional development opportunity will bring providers together with NYSDOH and ACT for Youth under the theme "Thriving Together: Rethinking Adolescent Health."

The conference begins Monday, July 14 at 4:30pm and runs through Wednesday, July 16 at 1:00pm.

Registration
Registration is required for Health Educator Supervisors and one Health Educator from each CAPP, PREP, and SRAE program funded by NYSDOH. Each funded program is limited to two participants.
Registration is required. There is no registration fee, and no meals provided. Individuals will be responsible for their own meals.

Please note that that GPS directions to "Empire State Plaza" may not direct you to the precise location of the Visitor Lot on South Mall Arterial. Please look out for the sign on the right for Visitor Parking (see more details on parking options below). For the precise location, the GPS location for this Visitor's Lot is N 42.650674, W 73.7600.
Parking
Empire State Plaza Visitor Parking Information (includes nearby lots)
The main visitor lot ("V-Lot," also known as "P3") is below the Concourse and has direct elevator access to the Concourse. The GPS location for this Visitor's Lot is N 42.650674, W 73.7600. The parking fee is $10 per day per vehicle, which must be paid by card upon exit.
Please note that parking spaces are first-come, first-served at this lot. Carpooling is recommended. Please allocate ample time to park and arrive at the conference, especially on Wednesday morning, as the Plaza parking can be busy due to the Wednesday Farmer's Market. From this lot, go to the elevators and select "C" for Concourse.
Parking is also available at the Madison Avenue Lot by the NYS Museum ($10 per car, paid by car on entrance), which is a short walk to the Madison Avenue entrance to the Concourse. There are also other private garages such as the MVP Arena garage (fees vary).
Public Transportation
Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) provides bus service to the Empire State Plaza. Some of the buses that service the facility include routes 214, 224, 233, 519, 530, and NX.
Walking
It is a 5-10 minute from the Renaissance and Hilton Albany hotels to the Empire State Plaza Concourse.
Renaissance Hotel: A walkway connects the hotel parking garage, through the Albany Convention Center, directly to the Empire State Plaza (follow signs to "The Egg").
Hilton Albany Hotel: Walk uphill on State Street on the left side. The State Street entrance to the Concourse is near the New York State Vietnam Memorial, just before you reach the Robert Abrams Building for Law & Justice.
Rideshare
If arriving by rideshare, the Madison Avenue entrance of the Concourse is most convenient for drop-off and pick-ups. It is across the street from the New York State Museum.
