Positive Youth Development (PYD) 101

This highly interactive 3-day training will explore key principles of PYD such as positive outcomes, supportive relationships and environments, youth voice and engagement, and effective programming strategies. We will also examine the role of the youth development professional by discussing core competencies and dilemmas of youth work. Participants must commit to attending all 3 days.
