Supervising Health Educators

The observation/feedback process is a great opportunity for supervisors to directly assist in the professional development of staff in a positive manner. This full-day workshop will cover how to utilize the On-Site Feedback Form, provide feedback, and develop professional development goals and strategies. There will also be time to practice observation and feedback techniques, discuss challenges as they pertain to facilitator competency, and network with other supervisors in the field.

Integrating STI Knowledge into Programming
